Responsibilities:

• Updating and implementing company safety systems

• Complete staff audits and assessments

• Completion of risk assessments/SWMS for projects

• Staff inductions

• Tool box meetings

• Managing rehabilitation/injuries.

• Assisting record keeping

• Writing and review of safe work procedures, safe operating procedures, risk assessments and other general safety policies and procedures.

• Maintenance of the WHS employee inductions system including staff training where necessary.

• Maintaining incident register with incident reports and conducting incident investigations

• Assist with the facilitation of resolution of safety issues with stakeholders.

• Assessing workplace hazards and risks and identifying appropriate resolutions to be carried out.

• Promote WHS awareness and a safety culture among employees across all branches.

• Human Resources:

  • Manage and assist wit end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes

  • Provide HR policy guidance and ensure compliance with employment laws

  • Support staff development, training coordination, and performance reviews

  • Act as a first point of contact for employee relations and wellbeing initiatives

  Strategic & Executive Support:

  • Assist leadership in project planning, financial reporting, and business analysis

  • Coordinate internal communications, stakeholder engagement, and strategic initiatives

  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and help drive continuous improvement

  • Support corporate governance, compliance, and risk management frameworks
