  • Responsible for converting enquiries into sales and consistently meeting or exceeding your sales budget.

  • Provide support during on-site customer visits as required.

  • Prepare quotes using our in-house systems and software.

  • Strong understanding of the importance of effective customer relationship management.

  • Previous experience working with sales targets and KPIs.

  • Excellent computer skills with the ability to quickly learn new programs.

  • The successful applicant will have previous experience in industry sales.

  • Building or Constructions Experience preferred.

  • White Card desirable

   Key Responsibilities

  •  Fabricate and assemble steel structures and components

  • Read and interpret technical drawings and plans

  • Operate welding and cutting equipment safely and efficiently

  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment

  • Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines

  • Learn and grow under the guidance of experienced tradespeople (for apprentices)

  What We’re Looking For Qualified Boilermakers

  • Trade qualification in Boilermaking or Fabrication

  • Experience in MIG welding and structural steel fabrication

  • Strong attention to detail and safety awareness

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

About the Role

We’re on the lookout for an experienced, highly motivated, detailed orientated Shed Installer to join our Bundaberg team.

 This role will require travel around the Bundaberg Region.

1. Install light gauge steel framing for residential and commercial projects

2. Read and interpret plans, shop drawings, and specifications

3. Set out wall frames, trusses, and structural components to required levels and tolerances

4. Assemble and fix steel frames using hand tools, power tools, and fastening systems

5. Install wall frames, ceiling battens, joists, and bracing to manufacturer requirements

6. Carry out on-site measuring and cutting of steel sections accurately

7. Work with site supervisors, builders, and other trades to meet construction deadlines

8. Load/unload and safely handle steel materials and jobsite equipment

9. Maintain safe work practices and comply with WHS/OHS requirements at all times

10. Keep work area tidy and report any issues, defects, or material shortages

11. Complete basic job documentation (checklists, measurements, progress updates)

Experience required:

• Qualification in Carpentry

• Proven experience installing light gauge steel framing on residential and/or commercial sites

• Experience reading and working from plans, drawings, and specifications

• Confident using hand and power tools (cutting, fixing, fastening systems)

• Experience setting out frames accurately (levels, plumb, square, tolerances)

• Strong understanding of site safety / WHS and safe manual handling

• Ability to work independently and as part of a crew to meet deadlines

• Experience working alongside builders, supervisors, and other trades on active sites

• Reliable transport and a strong track record of punctuality and attendance
