We’re thrilled to share the latest update on our very first in-house modular build here at McHugh Steel—and it’s looking fantastic! Since our last post, the transformation has been nothing short of inspiring, with major milestones ticked off and final touches coming together.
Recent Progress Highlights
Our modular team has been hard at work, and here’s what’s been accomplished over the past few weeks:

✅ Internal plastering finished
✅ Painting and cabinetry finished
✅ Flooring works scheduled for the coming weeks
✅ Electrical & Plumbing Fit-off scheduled for the coming weeks
From the clean finish of the Weathertex cladding to the precision of our internal fit-outs, the home is quickly taking shape into a finished, livable space. Every stage has showcased the quality, care, and craftsmanship McHugh Steel is known for.
