Celebrating the Best in Housing and Construction at the 2024 Wide Bay Burnett Awards

On Saturday, McHugh Steel proudly attended the prestigious Master Builders Queensland Wide Bay Burnett Housing & Construction Awards for 2024. As a Major Sponsor of the event, we were honoured to not only present awards— thanks to our Office Manager, Ebony, who had the pleasure of presenting— but also to take home some impressive accolades!

A huge congratulations to our CEO, Sonja Pressler-McHugh, who won the Wide Bay Burnett 2024 Women in Building Award! This recognition is a testament to her leadership and dedication to the industry.

McHugh Steel also took home the award for Commercial / industrial Building from $5 million up to $15 million for our New Commercial Factory Facility– McHugh Steel Framing. This achievement highlights our commitment to excellence in commercial construction.
